Job Summary: Essential Resourcing is seeking an experienced PR Account Director to join our dynamic team and drive strategic initiatives for leading consumer brands in the UK.

About the Role: As a PR Account Director, you will work closely with our account head to advise and steer market-leading brands, leveraging your expertise in consumer PR to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for top-tier consumer brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PR experience, preferably in an agency or in-house at a well-known consumer brand.
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
