Principal/Associate Mechanical Engineer

A leading MEP Consultancy in Bournemouth is seeking a creative and driven Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, producing reports, specifications, and drawings, and delivering successful projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-facing role, attending project meetings and disseminating the brief within the project team.
  • Predominantly working on healthcare projects, leading the development of initial strategic concepts, and ensuring solutions are appropriate for the brief and regulatory standards.
  • Responsible for solid technical delivery, either alone or part of a team, and financially astute, working with the team leader to monitor fee expenditure, resource, and work delivered.
  • Creating and maintaining a high reputation within the industry, ensuring adherence to QM and risk control procedures.
Requirements
  • Suitably qualified Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineers degree or equivalent qualification.
