Are you a driven individual looking to launch your career in the fast-paced world of motorsport? We are seeking highly talented Graduate Engineers to join our team at the Alpine F1 Technical Centre in Enstone. As a Graduate, you will embark on a 2-year journey that combines immersive technical rotations, training, and mentoring from senior engineers.

The Programme

We offer standard rotations within Aerodynamics, Engineering Design, and Performance Systems, providing you with a broad range of skills and experiences. Our Graduate programme is designed to develop world-class engineers who can make a tangible impact on the race car and the team. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team mindset, working alongside experts in their fields.

Your Role

As an Apprentice Engineer, you will learn through hands-on experience and work closely with experienced colleagues to improve our methodology and processes. You will be expected to deliver high-quality results while adapting quickly to new challenges. A strong academic background in a related discipline, such as Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, is essential for this role. A Master's level qualification is preferred.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively under pressure, and demonstrate a strong eye for detail. You should also be willing to continuously enhance your capabilities and contribute to the growth of the wider team. Your ability to balance the big picture with practical problem-solving skills will be crucial in driving success.
