About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and reactive repairs for our facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to minimize downtime and disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a facilities management environment.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in M&E disciplines would be desired.
