About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with supervisory skills to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Family Solicitor and Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of fee earners, mentoring, and supporting them to deliver exceptional client care and quality legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of fee earners and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal work
  • Manage and develop a successful caseload, including Non-Molestation Orders, PSO's, and OOO's
  • Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with the online legal aid scheme (CCMS) is required
  • Panel Membership is an advantage, but not essential

Requirements:

  • Strong legal aid background with experience in Family Law
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
