The successful candidate will work closely with the Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow, supporting them in various family law matters, including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, litigation, and child law cases.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision. A minimum of 5 years' experience in family law is required, along with a strong interest in and experience in advocacy.

The compensation package includes a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum and a range of benefits.

This opportunity allows for flexible working arrangements, including part-time options.
