Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Shift Supervisor will include:
  • Supervising and training staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Managing inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Promoting excellent customer service and up-selling products to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should have a proven track record of supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. A good understanding of business operations and financial management principles would also be beneficial.
