Delivery Role Overview


We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our team at Royal Mail Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.



Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient sorting and processing of mail and packages.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals and objectives.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
