Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on data protection and privacy laws, including CCPA, EU GDPR, and Privacy Shield.
  • Develop and implement effective data governance strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data privacy needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in data protection and privacy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data protection and privacy laws, with relevant certifications (CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, CISM, CISSP, HCISSP) a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
