Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Business Analyst to join our team at MRJ Recruitment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing automation solutions.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop detailed project requirements.
  • Partnering with automation developers, QA, and project teams to design, test, and implement solutions that meet business objectives is a key responsibility.
  • Facilitating discovery workshops and feedback sessions to validate requirements and continually enhance process improvements is also essential.
  • The Automation Business Analyst will track and evaluate automation metrics post-implementation, making data-driven recommendations for further optimization.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation, from process maps to project reports, is crucial to communicate insights and project status clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A strong background as a Business Analyst with proven experience in automation-focused roles is required.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools and methodologies, such as RPA, BPM, and AI-driven solutions, is necessary.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to convert complex business needs into specific automation requirements, are essential.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and business case development is also required.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and support project goals are vital.
  • Familiarity with Agile project environments and tools like Jira or Trello is beneficial.
