Your Role:

As a Life Assurance Advisor, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You will assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during difficult times.

Our comprehensive training program ensures that new colleagues are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including contact centers, retail, hospitality, and travel, as financial services experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries
  • Providing accurate and timely information on life assurance products and services
  • Assisting customers with planning for retirement and accessing investments
  • Updating customer information and records
  • Supporting customers during difficult times, such as bereavements

Requirements:

To succeed as a Life Assurance Advisor, you will need:

  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and empathize with customers
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £23,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
