About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about providing exceptional and person-centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and/or visual impairment. The successful candidate will have achieved or be working towards their Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and possess some management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Manager and deputise for them in their absence.
- Lead your team to provide extraordinary, person-centred support.
- Ensure the safety of the people we support, whilst giving choice, respecting dignity, and promoting independence.
