About the Role

We are actively looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join our Plymouth team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, managing junior members of staff, and having the opportunity to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Lead and motivate junior members of staff to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the built environment
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Highly competent with JCT/NEC forms of contract
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Professionally qualified (or working towards) with MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB
