About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Diagnostics or Master Technician to join our team at our VW Group workshop in Langar Airfield. As a key member of our service department, you will perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring reliability and safety. You will also collaborate with our service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A current valid MOT licence (advantageous but not essential).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
