We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our complex care team. As a Care Professional, you will work one-to-one with a client in their own home, providing personal care and support to meet their unique needs.

The role will involve providing care and support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation. You will also be responsible for monitoring the client's condition and reporting any changes to the care team.

As a Care Team Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our care team to deliver high-quality care to our clients. You will be part of a close-knit team, working together to provide the best possible care and support.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Administering medication and monitoring client condition
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Assisting with daily living tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Commitment to 2 12-hour shifts per week
  • Full right to work within the UK
