Job Title: IdAM Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Gloucestershire, working on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have experience in Identity and Access Management (IdAM) and be able to work in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders to capture, understand, and record business requirements.
  • Use data and business analysis and modelling to create options for strategic and operational change.
  • Provide opportunities-and-risks analysis against options.
  • Undertake detailed process mapping and role analysis to detail the future ('to-be') state.
  • Detail and communicate solution benefits across stakeholder groups.
  • Manage stakeholders to gain buy-in and agree the solutions and delivery approach.
  • Produce documentation to support all the above where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Data capture, analysis, and evaluation.
  • Business modelling – capturing the as-is and to-be.
  • Options, risk, and opportunities analysis.
  • Process flow modelling.
  • Role analysis and profiling.
  • Adept in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Requirements management (elicitation, validation and change control).
  • Ability to communicate in the appropriate language for the seniority and / or role of consumers.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict effectively to achieve optimum business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of working with Government departments or agencies.
