We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vascular Radiologist to join our team at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic and interventional services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train specialist registrars in vascular radiology
- Participate in the out-of-hours vascular interventional rota on a 1 in 8 basis
- Contribute to cardiac imaging and acute stroke services
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines to deliver excellent patient care
- Develop and implement new ideas for service development and delivery
- FRCR (UK) or equivalent qualification
- Subspecialty interest in vascular intervention and cardiac imaging
- Ability to manage and lead radiology teams
- Experience of supervising junior medical staff and teaching medical students
- Commitment to formal and informal teaching of medical staff, AHPs, and medical students
