Tyre Fitter/Team Leader

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our Mobile Expert team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of technicians to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared for the day ahead and returned safely to the Hub
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the Hub Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technician, completing jobs to the correct technical standard and within the allotted time
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IT proficient, with the aptitude to learn in-house systems
- A full valid driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
