Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced RF Effects Lead Specialist to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of complex technical projects, including the development and deployment of tools, simulations, and algorithms in MATLAB or similar toolsets.
  • Collaborate with customers to elicit and translate their requirements into concrete activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Manage small teams across multiple contracts, from internally funded research and development to industry-partnered studies and specific contracts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in statistics, data analysis, and a strong understanding of the principles of Directed Energy.
  • Excellent project management skills, including objective setting, review processes, and direct or indirect line management.
  • A willingness to grow as a leader of high-performing teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

  • A competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A bonus of up to 21% of base salary.
