About the Role:

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are excited to invite you to collaborate with our prestigious clients, including Volkswagen Group, comprising 9 brands. As a key partner in delivering best-in-class standards and media excellence, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our Data and Tech Operations team.

This role reports to the Platform Manager and involves maintaining access to marketing platforms and critical infrastructure necessary for delivering exceptional data and media executions. You will be responsible for supporting our internal teams, confident in communicating with a range of people from different backgrounds, and utilizing the 'service desk' technology to manage requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Management
    • Manage user-access across GMP and other buying platforms
    • Support access to multiple platforms, including OMG's proprietary Omni Operating System
    • Utilize workflow platforms such as Hive to manage and respond to requests
    • Support worldwide teams with their use of the service desk to make requests
  2. Stakeholder Management
    • Contribute to day-to-day communication between the agency, international offices, and internal stakeholders
    • Work with your Director to deliver operational improvements
    • Produce and present scheduled reporting requirements
