Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, helping with HR-related queries, managing references, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
* Assist with HR-related queries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
* Manage references, right to work, and DBS checks.
* Maintain employee records in accordance with HR regulations.
* Support the HR team in implementing and enhancing company policies.
* Manage the HR mailbox and respond to general inquiries.
* Assist in the improvement and development of existing policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

* Relevant academic background in Human Resources or a related field.
* Level 3 CIPD qualification.
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
