Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Warner Hotels in Holme Lacy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role and make a real impact in our food and beverage department.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for leading a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring that they are trained to deliver exceptional customer service and that our food and beverage services are run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales and revenue, as well as managing inventory and supplies effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train food and beverage staff
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Manage inventory and supplies effectively
  • Monitor and report on sales and revenue

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Salary: £26,370 per annum
