About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and service. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence, motivating and developing your team, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer expectations
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and cost control
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on cost control and inventory management
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
