About the Role

NHS Charities Together is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Supporter Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our individual giving programme, driving income generation through acquisition and retention campaigns, and ensuring long-term support and maximising donor lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective individual giving strategies to drive income growth and donor retention
  • Manage and execute donor engagement campaigns, including direct mail, email, and online appeals
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to ensure a strong and supportive community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal fundraising results

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in individual giving, fundraising, or a related field, ideally within the charity sector
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in fundraising software and systems a plus
