About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Male Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and make their own choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support
