We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Team Leader to join our team at Blackwood Homes and Care. As a key member of our Shared Houses team, you will be responsible for managing a local area team to deliver high-quality housing support services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Housing Support Services: Ensure the delivery of high-quality housing support, meal services, and domestic cleaning for Houses of Multiple Occupancy.
- Shared Independent Living: Promote shared independent living and collaborate with the Housing team to support high occupancy levels.
- Team Management: Manage a local area team to deliver essential services, integrate customer service ethos into daily work, and handle vacancies efficiently to minimize rent loss.
- Community Links: Maintain community links, handle complaints and compliments, and ensure health and safety monitoring in line with statutory obligations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong management and customer service skills, as well as a passion for creating positive living environments for older people. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and be committed to delivering high-quality services to our residents.
