A Transformation Manager is needed to drive a significant business & technology transformation project at a leading FMCG company.

This exciting opportunity involves leading the implementation of new technology solutions, replacing outdated legacy systems, particularly those related to inventory/stock management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems
  • Establishing and maintaining a robust project governance framework
  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership on project performance
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among team members
  • Utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality results

The annual salary for this role is between £65,000 and £72,500, including all benefits. This position is based in Mobile, UK, with occasional travel to other UK locations.
