About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.

As a Retail Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a passionate and friendly team. Key Responsibilities
  • Serving customers with a smile and ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalized experience
  • Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
  • Representing our brand and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations
