Job Title: Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team at Profiles Creative. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and success.

About the Role

The Brand Strategist will work closely with our Creative Director and the team to shape the company's and partners' strategic directions. You will conduct in-depth research to grasp market demands, trends, and challenges, using these insights to craft innovative business strategies with clear goals and rollout plans.

You will merge analytical insights with creative thinking to develop brand and business strategies, challenging traditional norms. You will also act as a mentor to enhance the team's strategic and creative skills, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in strategic planning, ideally with startup or tech experience, blending creativity with analytical skills. You will have proven success in crafting and executing brand and business strategies, turning insights into growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and success
  • Conduct in-depth research to grasp market demands, trends, and challenges
  • Merge analytical insights with creative thinking to develop brand and business strategies
  • Act as a mentor to enhance the team's strategic and creative skills
  • Build and lead original brand strategy workshops and take ownership of the innovation workshop process
  • Craft compelling pitch decks and business cases
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to partners, guiding them through complex concepts to clarify their messaging and market positioning
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic planning, ideally with startup or tech experience
  • Proven success in crafting and executing brand and business strategies
  • Great commercial insight, with a keen ability to navigate market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and craft strategies that leverage trends for competitive advantage
  • Empathetic and clear communication style, with ability to understand and convey complex strategies effectively
