About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Clinical Research Practitioner to join our dedicated team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Frailty Service, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients with frailty.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages and industry standards for similar roles within the NHS.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced clinical, managerial and leadership skills in speciality
  • Advanced specialist knowledge of the diagnosis and current management of the disease/speciality area
  • Evidence of highly effective planning and organisational skills
  • Proven listening and counselling skills with the ability to manage complex situations and appropriately deliver sensitive and difficult outcomes
  • Ability to clinically lead and influence others
Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to patients with frailty. The trust provides a range of services across Warwickshire and beyond, including hospitals in Warwick, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Shipston-on Stour, as well as community services across the county.
