Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Rebate Analyst to join our team. As a Rebate Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing supplier data to ensure accurate payback and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to assess supplier payback and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies and ensure accurate payback
• Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate claim resolution and minimize errors
• Manage claim resolution process for assigned supplier lines and work to maintain claim dollars where justified
• Function as liaison between purchasing, data services, supplier relations, and suppliers for claim resolution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
• Train and mentor junior team members on rebate analysis and claim resolution processes
• Run complex SQL queries to aid in research and analysis
• Participate in weekly supplier calls to collaborate and ensure alignment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
