Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Back of House team in Bicester as a Stockroom Associate. This is a 24 hour part time position (permanent) with a flexible schedule that includes at least one day weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation of merchandise at all times
Manage tasks energetically and efficiently
Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner to ensure effective replenishment
Achieve sales by ensuring stock is processed in an efficient manner as possible by following floor first procedures
Demonstrate consistency for Model Store standards at Back of House
Execute Company customer service initiatives
Execute Company back of house initiatives
Ensure that behavior at all times complies with Health and Safety directives and policies
Communicate clearly & effectively and is able to build relationships with the front of house teams
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Enthusiastic and friendly disposition with an interest in fashion
Be a good team player
Good verbal communication skills, actively listens and is able to build relationships with others
Open to learning and developing new skills
Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, juggle priorities effectively, resolve issues quickly

Ability to work on own initiative
This role involves manual handling.
