Fixed Term Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive to provide cover for our current Chief Executive during their maternity leave.

About the Role

As our interim Chief Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance of the association, leading the implementation of our business plan, and providing leadership to all staff.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the financial wellbeing of the association, ensuring effective strategies and policies are in place to maintain our assets, and ensuring good quality and legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Board to ensure effective governance systems are in place.
  2. Lead on the implementation of the association's business plan, ensuring staff have a clear understanding of their role in delivering this.
  3. Provide leadership to all staff, ensuring continued high-quality services are provided to tenants and communities.
  4. Maintain the financial wellbeing of the association.
  5. Ensure effective strategies and policies are in place to maintain the association's assets, ensuring good quality and legislative compliance.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree-level education or equivalent experience, a solid understanding of the social housing sector, and significant experience at a senior level within an RSL or related organisation.

You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with the Board, staff, and stakeholders.
