About the Role:
As a Primary School Teacher Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators in planning and executing learning activities that cater to the needs of children in accordance with the National Curriculum. You will establish and maintain a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, evaluate each child's progress, and adapt the curriculum accordingly. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of each student's development, communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members, and participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Primary School Teacher Lead, you must possess a strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent. You should have knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and pedagogy, experience working in a classroom setting, and excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other education professionals, passion and commitment to children's education, and strong customer service orientation with excellent relationship-building skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
