Care Worker Level 1

Martin Jackaman Centre is a vibrant day centre in Aspley, providing one-to-one support and group activities for adults with learning disabilities. We're seeking a Care Worker to join our team, working on a 1:1 basis with adults who require complex care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Care Plans and monitor the welfare of citizens, recording accurate information on running records and care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, citizens, and their families to ensure a shared approach to care and support.
- Encourage and support citizens to achieve independence and maintain contact with friends, family, and community.
- Follow all instructions, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in implementing Care Plans and contributing to running records and daily monitoring forms.
- Ability to work with vulnerable adults from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of the rights, needs, and feelings of vulnerable adults.
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
