The Role

As a Senior UI Developer, you'll join our squad to design and develop user interfaces that meet requirements and enhance the overall customer experience. You'll work on an exciting project involving the migration from Angular to React, ensuring the user interface is both visually appealing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex UI features, incorporating brand guidelines.
  • Ensure deadlines are achieved and estimates provided by the team are accurate and reasonable.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop others to build a happy, motivated, and productive team.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

You'll need strong knowledge of UI design and development tools, technologies, and best practices. A passion for technology and a desire to learn new technologies and skills are essential. We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, innovative user-interface designs throughout all phases of the product life-cycle (including wireframing).
  • Strong technical skills, including working knowledge of React and one or more of the following technologies – Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with an adaptable approach to prioritize work effectively.
