High Voltage Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in maintaining both the facility and equipment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, safety, and quality control, to maintain equipment and systems to the highest operational standards
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying problems, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintain accurate maintenance records through full use of the CMMS System
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Apprentice Trained Maintenance Engineer or equivalent
- HNC /ONC or equivalent Electrical Engineering Certification
- High Voltage Qualification and experience
- Solid understanding and experience of PLC faulting (Siemens)
- Work proactively managing time effectively
- Carry out work to high standards
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience with Lathes, milling machinery would be an advantage
Benefits
