Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Multi to join our team at 360 Resourcing, based in Portsmouth. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a salary of £35,150.

About the Role

This position involves working on various tasks including diagnosing and rectifying faults, ensuring high-quality work standards, and supporting other trades in delivering professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards in all work carried out.
  • Collaborate with other trades to deliver efficient and safe maintenance services.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and resolve them effectively.
Requirements:
  • A trade-specific qualification minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
  • Proficiency in two additional secondary skills.
  • Holding a current full driving license.
  • A DBS check will be required before starting this role.
What We Offer:
  • 31 days annual leave (rising to 36 days with length of service) plus bank holidays.
  • An annual leave scheme allowing for flexible buying and selling up to 5 days per year.
  • In addition to your salary, you will receive a £140 on-call retainer per week and payment for each call-out attended.
