About the Role:

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, managing medication, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. In addition to your clinical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nursing qualifications and current registration with the NMC
  • At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
