Trades Supervisor Role at Niyaa People Ltd in Cambridgeshire

We are seeking a skilled Trades Supervisor to oversee daily repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring they meet high standards. This role comes with the benefit of a company van.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect completed works to guarantee value for money and efficient use of materials.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance by promoting and enforcing adherence to regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and service breakdowns effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate work and ensure efficient completion.
Requirements for the Role:
  • Hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification in a core trade subject and prior experience in a similar role, preferably within building maintenance or facilities management.
  • Familiarity with the application of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads effectively.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.Benefits of the Trades Supervisor Position:
