We are seeking a highly skilled International Marketing Manager to join Extreme Reach's global marketing team in London. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders across regions, and drive international growth.

As a member of our global marketing team, you will work closely with sales and product departments to execute on the international strategy. With a proven track record in managing events and campaigns, you will lead the planning, logistics, promotion, and budget management for standout events and marketing sponsorships across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global marketing campaigns, adapting them for key markets, localisations, and translations across sales materials and marketing channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing requests from local markets, maintaining momentum and building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the US-based marketing team to roll out global initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the XR brand.
  • Monitor industry trends, provide insights to refine strategy, and keep the company at the forefront of the market.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing events and campaigns.
  2. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  3. Experienced in managing projects across multiple markets and collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones.
  4. Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or other CRM and email platforms.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  6. Strong project management, time management, and execution skills to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  7. Experienced in creating copy for social media and short-form content.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both local and international teams.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
