Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to drive growth, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Policy Management: Manage policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions to clients.
  • Claims Handling: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and expertise to ensure efficient and effective resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in commercial insurance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or insurance.
