We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team of healthcare professionals in the South East region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to take on a leadership role in shaping the delivery of children's health services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in community settings. They will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to children and families. A key aspect of this role will be to develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes for this vulnerable population.

The successful candidate will have a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of children and families. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional care. In addition, they will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of dedication and commitment. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of families and ensure that high-quality care is delivered at all times.

Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum
