Laboratory Expert

Laboratory Technician Role - Join our dynamic chemistry department at Sandberg, a leading provider of testing, inspection and consultancy services to construction related projects. As a laboratory technician, you will play a key role in carrying out a selection of routine and investigative analyses on a wide range of inorganic and organic materials relating to construction. Working as part of a small, friendly team, you will be provided with training in the different techniques and procedures. Once competent, you will be responsible for undertaking and progressing testing for specific projects as required. Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum. Essential requirements include a degree in Analytical Science, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry or related, at least 1 year's post-degree experience of working in an industrial analytical chemistry lab, excellent communication skills, experience of wet chemistry techniques, and ability to work as part of a small team.
