Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic physiotherapist or exercise physiologist to join our well-established cardiac rehabilitation service as a key member of the multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the advanced practitioner to deliver a high-quality clinical service in the East Integrated Health Community.
  • Assess and manage complex patients, developing and delivering individualized treatment programs and working effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the service, including planning and coordinating service delivery and service evaluation.
  • Support the ongoing education and development of the team to ensure a high-quality, evidence-based service.
  • Lead educator for student placements.
Requirements

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
