Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to young people aged 13-24
- Develop and implement systems and processes for assessment, intervention, and risk management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with whānau, rangatahi, and stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of people and stakeholders, lead meetings, and maintain good documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures
- Current practicing certificate and membership to a professional body
- Experience in child health or social support services
- General knowledge of MS Office and client management systems
- Clearance under the provisions of Vulnerable Children's Act (2014)
