Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to young people aged 13-24
  • Develop and implement systems and processes for assessment, intervention, and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with whānau, rangatahi, and stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of people and stakeholders, lead meetings, and maintain good documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Current practicing certificate and membership to a professional body
  • Experience in child health or social support services
  • General knowledge of MS Office and client management systems
  • Clearance under the provisions of Vulnerable Children's Act (2014)
