Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Advisor to join our team at Chemistree Solutions Ltd. This exciting opportunity is focused on delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes in line with national guidelines.

As a specialist nurse advisor, you will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to provide the most up-to-date care for individuals with diabetes. Your intimate understanding of national treatment guidelines will enable you to drive best practice and deliver excellent patient care.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, this role requires a passionate NMC registered nurse with experience in diabetes management. Previous nurse advisory experience is desirable, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen desire to deliver fantastic results.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience managing diabetes within primary care and be knowledgeable in providing education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes. Additionally, they will have skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics and IT literacy, including primary care systems.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience managing diabetes within primary care
• Knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes
• Skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics
• IT literacy, to include primary care systems

Benefits
