Onboarding

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new clients.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and FATCA/CRS.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client onboarding and compliance activities.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage projects related to regulatory development and continuous improvement of our core service.

Knowledge and Talent Management

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of regional onboarding practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manage and develop team members to maximize productivity and ensure continuous team growth.

Experience Required

Practical experience in KYC/AML, including CDD/EDD trigger events, PEP/RCA's, beneficial ownership, and fund structures. Experience dealing with a broad range of counter-parties, particularly financial institution clients, asset managers, and hedge funds. Leadership and management experience across individuals and/or teams.
