About Our Programme

We have a unique opportunity for a Business Risk Associate to join our team at Barclays. This role will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the risk division by monitoring the bank's risk profile, identifying and managing risks and providing insights and expertise to support senior colleagues to make informed decisions.

As a Business Risk Associate, you will be responsible for execution of small research projects to support risk identification and strategic decision making. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to make judgements based on the analysis of factual information. A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices is also essential.
