Business Growth Specialist

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing revenue through new business development and account management.
The role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand our market share in the fire and smoke control industry. You will work closely with our Commercial Director to develop and implement business growth strategies and win projects and manage relationships with tier one main contractors, M&E consultants, and HVAC distributors.
Your time will be split evenly between winning specification with M&E consultants, typically presenting one CPD per week (virtually or face-to-face), and working with M&E contractors and HVAC distributors. You will also be responsible for 70% new business development and 30% account management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the fire and smoke control industry
- Win projects and manage relationships with tier one main contractors, M&E consultants, and HVAC distributors
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and implement business growth strategies
- Present CPDs to M&E consultants and other stakeholders
- Manage accounts and build strong relationships with existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering)
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the fire and smoke control industry
